This is a gnarly old cherry tree in my neighborhood. To me it resembles an old woman reaching to the sky.

Artist's Statement:

Generally, I love textures, layers, geometrics and strong shapes.  The neighborhood where I live has many wonderful old trees with good textures and strong shapes.  This submission includes my renditions of a few.
